upload : 2007_08_13 2007_08_13 hi Dad, I've been studying vietnamese literature and trying very hard to improve my vietnamese language skills. It's been almost 3 years. Improvement is slow, but i guess it's a big reason for me being here. Yes, it's a beautiful language and I'll keep at it for now. Time passes so quickly. The book by Phung Quan was a recommendation by many trusted friends. I started to read it along with a book of short stories by Nguyen Ngoc Tu. They are two writers from two regions with two very different concerns. But i feel that they are both invested in the truth and wanted to share them with you. Hopefully you and mom will enjoy reading those two books. I remember you telling me how learning gets more difficult as we get older. Hahaha, i finally understand now.
